Parcels are shipped with a tracking number. While tracking works fine within the USA, it may fail for other countries. Tracking should work once the parcel arrives in the destination country, but it currently only functions in the backend and not on the frontend.
We are addressing this issue with Canada Post because both you and we pay for this option. If your parcel exceeds the delivery date, please refer to
