  • Free Access: Our community service is completely free. No subscription or payment is required.
  • Content Publication: You can post content, rating and comment.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you post. Please ensure your posts comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on the rights of others.
  • Inappropriate Content: We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content without notice.
  • Approval: Every post is subject to manual review by a site administrator.
  1. Promotion / Professional Publication

The promotion of content, company, product, etc., by professionals is allowed under the following conditions:

  • Are prohibited to promote: Insurance, Bank or Financial products, Sex, Arms, or any other product / service without any relationship with travel and traveler.
  • Mandatory “Professional Ad” Mention: When creating the ad, professionals must check the “Professional Ad” box. If a professional conceals their status, uses a user account, or any other deceptive means, the establishment will be sanctioned according to section 4.
  • Free Ads: Reasonable promotional publication is free. Failure to comply with condition 1 will result in immediate and unannounced sanctions as per section 4.
  • Respect for Competition and Market: Professionals posting on our platform agree to respect competing posts and their authors.
  • Sanctions: Failure to adhere to these rules, aimed at ensuring fair and healthy publication, will result in the permanent banning of the establishment, store, restaurant, or other location from the platform, as well as its author.
  • Ratings: All posts, whether professional or personal, can be rated from 1 to 5. The author fully accepts and assumes the received evaluations.
  1. Respect Between Users and Use of Internal Messaging

To ensure a friendly and respectful experience for all users, the following rules apply to user interactions and the use of the internal messaging system:

  • Respect and Courtesy: All users must interact respectfully and courteously. Insults, harassment, defamatory or discriminatory remarks, and any harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Appropriate Use of Internal Messaging:
    • Internal messaging should be used only for relevant and appropriate communications. Spam, unsolicited advertisements, and other inappropriate messages are prohibited.
    • Professionals using internal messaging must respect platform rules and not send unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Privacy Protection: Users must respect the privacy of others. It is prohibited to disclose personal information without consent.
  • Reporting Abuse: Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate or abusive behavior to the moderation team. Reports will be handled confidentially and appropriately.
  • Sanctions: Any violation of the rules of respect and use of internal messaging may result in sanctions ranging from warnings to permanent banning from the platform, depending on the severity of the infraction.
  1. Intellectual Property

  • Property Rights: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you post. By posting on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and free license to use, distribute, and display this content.
  • Respect for Copyright: Do not post content you do not own or for which you have not obtained the necessary permissions (only  for medias, video, music, image, animation).
  • Public sharing: You can share public content from other websites, provided that the original content is freely accessible and not behind a paywall. You must include a link to the original source to give proper credit.
  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Accuracy of Information: We do not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users.
  • Use of the Service: We will not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
  1. Model Kits

  • Production: We do not maintain stock. All model kits are 3D printed on demand after the order payment is confirmed. A fixed delay of 48 hours (applicable for both normal and rush orders) is provided to allow you time to modify or cancel your order. Once the order status changes to “Production,” no further changes can be made. Please refer to Production/Shipping page for more information.
  1. Download and Files delivery

  • File availability: When files or STL models are ordered, a ZIP file containing the STL files and PDF instructions (if available for the model) will be available for download immediately after the payment is confirmed.
  • Order Error: All files and model kits are clearly identified by their title, category, description, and shipping details. If you mistakenly order files/STL and request a refund because you intended to order a kit, the following process will apply:1. Identity Verification: We will verify your identity.
    2; Download Tracking: We will check download activity on your account (all downloads are tracked on our website).
    3. User History Review: We will review your account’s order history.
    4. Final Decision: A final decision regarding your refund request will be made based on the findings.
  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order to change the model or for any other reason, the same process outlined above will apply.
  • Download issue: If your download isn’t available (e.g., failed notification or no file), please contact us via direct message. We will respond within 24 hours and work with you to deliver the files as soon as possible.
  • Wrong File Delivered: If the downloaded file is not the correct model, contact us using the same method. You may keep the incorrect file, and we will ensure the correct file is made available within 24 hours. Once updated, you will receive a new order download confirmation for the correct file.

  1. Points and Rewards

  • Earn and Uses: Each product (except free items) allows you to earn points, which can be saved or redeemed (1 point = 1 euro) toward your next order, even partially. You can view your point balance and history in the “My Account” section.

  • Shipping method and tracking: We offer various shipping methods, with or without tracking, depending on the production country. Please refer to Production/Shipping page for more information.
  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
