For any after-sales or technical support, please follow the correct procedure:

  • After-Sales Support:
    Go to “My Account” > “Orders” > “Get Help”.
    IMPORTANT: Requests for after-sales support that do not use this method will be automatically closed.
  • Technical Support:
    Access the “Personal Ticket Area” via “My Account”.

Note: We do not respond to any after-sales or technical support requests made by email.

If you wish to request a model, please do not use the general form. Instead, use the dedicated page here.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UTC).

Shipping Information

All products are produced and shipped from France. Please note that our workshop is not open to the public.
