Our Commitment to Excellence

Since 2020, Dimville has been dedicated to providing top-tier aircraft kits and STL files. We’ve built our reputation on exceptional quality, earning recognition in model kit contests, aircraft industry and cinema productions. Our journey has been one of continuous improvement, ensuring our products meet the high standards expected by our customers. While exploring resin printing for even greater detail, we’ve encountered challenges like the “wrap effect.” This has temporarily paused resin-based offerings, but we remain committed to innovation and pushing boundaries.

Tackling Download Errors and Improving STL File Distribution

2024 brought its share of challenges, particularly with hosting and download errors. Frequent “Download Failed” messages frustrated many users, especially as our platform saw a surge in traffic. Moving from IONOS to OVH improved overall stability, but the rising server load highlighted the need for deeper changes. After identifying the core issue—our platform was originally designed with kit sales in mind rather than STL file distributio —we’ve decided to refocus our priorities. This strategic shift allows us to enhance file management and ensure seamless downloads for all customers.
We’ve already collaborated with OVH to optimize server settings, reducing errors, but our ultimate solution lies in rebuilding the platform.

A Fresh Start: Partnering with Zer0S Dev

To address these issues, we’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with the Zer0S Dev team.
Starting from scratch, we’re developing a robust platform tailored to STL file distribution while continuing to support aircraft kit sales.
This new platform will integrate valuable feedback from our users, ensuring it’s optimized for ease of use and reliability.

  • Enhanced download systems to eliminate errors.
  • Support for designers to buy, sell, and share STL files.
  • Live streaming and community updates to foster engagement.

This transformation marks a new chapter for Dimville, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
